1. Who handles your information?
LandingLaju is a landing-page and static-website development brand. The entity responsible for processing personal data must be identified here before the website launches to customers.
Owner to complete: the operator's legal name / business entity, privacy contact and effective date. This draft assumes no registered name, address or SSM number.
2. Information processed
The enquiry form asks for your name and website requirements. Business name, preferred package, existing website URL and additional information are optional. Do not include passwords, payment details or confidential data.
The initial website does not send the form to a database or form server. Information is assembled in your browser to open a WhatsApp message. Opening the link shares the information in that link with WhatsApp; you must still review and send the message in WhatsApp to start a conversation.
If you send a message, the information is used to understand your request, respond, prepare a quotation and discuss the project. Buying a service is separate from using this form.
The original page, selected package and campaign information from your link may be included in the WhatsApp message to explain the context of your enquiry.
3. Analytics, marketing & browser storage
Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel load only when valid IDs are configured and you allow the relevant category. Analytics helps measure visits and interactions; marketing helps measure campaign-related interactions.
Events describe actions such as WhatsApp clicks, package selections, pricing views and opening an enquiry summary. Names and form contents are excluded. Clicks and handoffs are not labelled as sales or completed enquiries.
Consent preferences are stored in your browser for up to 180 days. With analytics permission, campaign parameters and the initial page may be stored for the browser session. Without it, parameters on the current URL are used only in page memory for WhatsApp link context.
You can reject optional tracking and continue using the website. Open the settings below to change your choices. Withdrawing consent stops further use after the page reloads and attempts to remove tracking cookies accessible to the website.
Review required: the actual cookie list, enabled providers, vendor cookie lifetimes, processing grounds and effects of visitor choices for the final deployment configuration.
4. Third parties, security & retention
WhatsApp processes use of its service under its own privacy notice. If analytics or marketing is enabled with permission, the relevant providers also process technical and interaction data. Hosting providers may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs under their services.
No CRM is connected in this initial website. Any new connection that stores leads or transfers information to another system requires a notice, security and access review before activation.
To complete: the actual hosting provider and vendor accounts, recipient categories, any processing outside Malaysia, message and project-record retention, access controls, deletion procedures and incident handling. Do not publish unverified security or data-transfer claims.
5. Access, correction & enquiries
To request a review of information you have sent or discuss processing choices, use the official LandingLaju contact channel. Reasonable identity verification may be required before conversation information is shared or changed.
To complete: a dedicated privacy contact, request process and response time, and applicable rights following business and legal review.
6. Notice changes
This notice must be updated when processing, vendors or website functions change. The operator must confirm the effective date and how material changes will be communicated.
