1. Operator & services
LandingLaju provides landing-page and static-website development for businesses. Website information describes the initial packages; each project's requirements are reviewed before an order is confirmed.
To complete: the operator's legal name or business entity, official contact details and effective date. This draft assumes no address or business registration number.
2. Scope & quotation
Basic includes one page with up to five standard sections and one revision round. Static Business Website includes up to three static pages and one revision round. Ads Landing Page includes a campaign-focused page, a WhatsApp handoff form, analytics and event integration, and two revision rounds.
The full list, including exclusions, is on the packages and pricing page. Additional pages, sections, languages, content or functions require a scope review and separate quotation before work continues.
Development prices exclude domain purchases, ad spend, subscriptions and third-party fees. Hosting options, account ownership and renewal fees must be confirmed in the quotation.
Campaign pricing applies only within the stated period and terms. Introductory pricing does not imply a selling price previously used before the brand launched.
3. Customer-supplied content
You must supply the business information, copy, logo, images and links required for the agreed scope. You are responsible for accuracy and permission to use those materials.
New copywriting, translation, photography and licensed assets are not automatically included. Do not send passwords or confidential information through the enquiry form. Any required access must be shared through a securely agreed method.
4. Reviews & revisions
A revision round is one collected set of feedback for changes within the original scope. Customers must check spelling, contact numbers, offers, images and links before approving.
Changing the page's purpose, replacing the overall design, adding functions or adding pages after scope confirmation may affect cost and schedule. These changes must be discussed first.
5. Project schedule
Start and target completion dates are confirmed after reviewing requirements and materials. Late content, feedback or scope changes may affect the schedule; adjustments must be communicated during the project.
6. Functions, publishing & limitations
A static website does not automatically include ecommerce, customer accounts, databases, a CMS or booking systems. The initial Ads package form prepares a message summary to open in WhatsApp; it does not store leads on a server.
Publishing follows review and the project agreement. Customers must confirm the domain, account access and information to be published. File transfers and account handover requirements must be detailed in the quotation.
7. SEO, analytics & campaign performance
Basic SEO covers technical and content settings within scope, such as titles, metadata and page structure. Indexing and search positions are not guaranteed. No traffic, lead or sales volumes are promised.
Analytics integration requires valid customer IDs or access. Non-essential tracking must respect visitor consent and confirmed settings. A WhatsApp click does not mean a sale or lead is complete.
8. Maintenance & third parties
Content changes after approval, ongoing support and maintenance are not included without a specific agreement. Domain, hosting, WhatsApp and third-party service availability depends on their providers.
Confirm in the project agreement: post-handover support scope, the period for fixing issues within scope, renewal responsibilities and access management.
9. Payment, cancellation & ownership
Payment methods, payment schedules, cancellation, refunds, work ownership and asset licences must be stated and agreed in the quotation or project documents before work begins.
This website does not set deposit rates, penalties, refund periods or ownership transfers that the operator has not approved.
Mandatory review before launch: complete and review payment, cancellation, refund, intellectual property, liability, complaint, dispute and applicable-law terms. Do not mark the review as complete until actual details have been added.
10. Enquiries
If any requirement or term is unclear, use the official LandingLaju contact channel to seek clarification before accepting a quotation. Using the enquiry form alone does not confirm an order.
Personal information handling is explained in the privacy policy.
